Somehow, my five year old brings home the crud, coughs a few times, and is over it. Yet I'm left with shivers, headaches, and bronchial spasms. Man. Not right. I spent all day yesterday in bed, and I slept in today as well. The husband was nice enough to take the kids fishing--yeah, it's in the seventies today--and I spent my time downing DayQuil, working on edits and a cover art request. My head still throbs, but it's much better than it was before the medicine. Now if only I could get rid of that kink in my neck...

Sorry to hear you are sick. Seems like it is going around. While I know I shouldn't, I just read the excerpt for Talson's Wait. All I can say is thank goodness it will be out next week (all though I am thinking that it is still too long a wait!). Really I need to stay way from the excerpts!
Thanks, Tina. I'm feeling better, little by little. I'm big on Halls cough drops. :) Talson's Wait turned out to be a lot of fun. The hero's a lot more forceful than I'd thought he was! I wouldn't mind meeting up with Roarke Talson, indentured or not.
